Trajnice Strgar 

Perennial Nursery Trajnice Strgar successfully works in the field of growing perennials for more than 20 years. We’re located in Ljubljana in Črnuče. Our assortment includes more than 800 different varieties grown on an area of 1 hectare.

Our aim is to offer the clients high quality plants that are adapted to growing conditions in Slovenia and a diverse perennial assortment. We devote a lot of time to test the new varieties on our trial fields, just to make sure that they are the right plants for our climate and growing conditions.

Lectures

In the growing season, we organise outdoor lectures focusing on our sample beds and mother plant fields. The contents of the lectures are adapted to the season. The lectures are intended for all people who are interested in attractive perennials and want to learn more about which varieties are planted together so as to have beautiful flower beds all the year round. One part of the lectures is also intended for maintenance. Too learn more about and have better understanding of perennials and how they change during  the seasons, we recommend to visit our lectures regularly.
