Hedges

In June 2016, we planted sample hedges, namely from beech, Fagus sylvatica, hornbeam, Carpinus betulus, yew, Taxus baccata, and box honeysuckle, Lonicera nitida 'Elegans'. Since we planted relatively small plants (60 – 80 cm), which is often the case in our client's gardens, we combined them with high ornamental grass, Panicum virgatum 'Shenandoah' and high growing perennials, such as Eupatorium maculatum 'Atropurpureum' and Sanguisorba hakusanensis 'Pink Brushes', until the hedges have grown to the desired height.
